We’re Hiring!

We’re currently hiring Paid Media Specialists at a range of levels.

Since starting back in 2018, we’ve worked to create a new, flexible digital marketing business, providing our clients with true performance marketing expertise in a far more integrated way than the traditional agency model allows.

We work with our clients in a variety of ways, from managing Paid Media hands-on, to consulting with large, established in-house teams looking to maximise performance. We like to make a tangible, positive impact on our clients’ businesses, this means the work you’ll be doing will be both extremely valuable and incredibly varied.

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Paid Search
  • Articulate and personable with excellent communication skills. Our experts need to be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels of a client’s business, from marketing executive to C-level
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and/or projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrable analytical skills, with experience handling and interpreting large datasets
  • A keen interest in either learning, or some previous experience in Paid Social

In this role you’ll build and manage multiple PPC accounts for a portfolio of clients. You’ll be fully responsible for managing their accounts right from the initial build phase, on to launch, then moving to ongoing optimisation, regular reporting and client communication.

All we ask is that you have passion, drive and a genuine interest in all things PPC. If you join our fold, we’ll offer you:

  • 25 days paid leave plus Bank Holidays per year, with an additional day off for your Birthday
  • 3 paid wellness days per year to use as you wish
  • Remote working, with a generous home equipment allowance and contribution to your household bills
  • Flexible working hours
  • Monthly care package to keep you fuelled with either fruit, coffee, beer or wine
  • Company mobile phone
